この作品は、「点」による視覚表現についての考察である。
「点」は、図像を構成する基礎的要素であるが、現実空間において手に触れられる様な物質として存在するわけではない。
しかし、「点」その物の存在は、誰しもが認識し得る、極めて概念的な存在と言える。
私は、様々な種類の「点」を映画フィルムへ定着しモンタージュすることによって、基礎的要素としての「点」を主要素として表現した。それはまるで「点」その物が自身の存在について考えているかの様にようである。

This work is a consideration about the vision expression by "Dot".
Although a "Dot" is a basic elements for constituting an graphical image, it does not necessarily exist as an object which is touched by the hand in actual space.
However,everybody can understand that the "Dot" actually exist. It is extremely conceptual.
I represented the Dot as a basic element as main matter in this movie by fixing various kinds of dots on a cinema film and montaging.It seems that Dot is thinking about existence of itself.
